Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects or any other services from us (Sinhcoms LLP) and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
1. Cancellation Policy

- Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
2. Refund Policy
- We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
- In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products or services we will provide a refund if requested within 6 business days of tenure. I.E
- Lets say if you buy a product or services from Sinhcoms LLP on 1`st Jan 2022(Date given here is only for explanation) and you do not like it or if you want a refund, then you need to request a refund by 7`st Jan 2022(Date given here is only for explanation) if it exeed than 6 days we will not make any refund in that case.
- Or lets say you bought a product from us (Sinhcoms LLP) for tenure of 6 months and you renew your services or products after 6 months and you changed your mind to cancel the services from us then in that case as well you have 6 business days after making the payment to request a refund or your product / services won`t be cancelled and continue till next 6 months.
- If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments, refund will be made to the same account.
3.Hosting Cancellations
Refund request made within time of 20 days will be refunded on all the shared hosting plan except for the Reseller having WHMCS and Free domain to thier services and the payment gateway changes won`t be refunded.
